Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the move in date, will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made within 9 days or the day prior to move in date listed on the lease agreement will result in a refund of any rent and fees paid minus a $25.00 cancellation fee for temporary lock removal and other administrative tasks. Cancellations made on the date of move in or after, no refund will be issued.  Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
